Noor Hammad is a Clinical Nutritionist and Public Health Professional with extensive experience in therapeutic nutrition, humanitarian health response, and nutrition data analysis. Based in Gaza, she has worked across hospitals, clinics, and emergency coordination centers to address malnutrition, chronic illness, and food insecurity. A graduate of Al Azhar University with advanced ESPEN training, Noor combines patient-centered clinical care with public health leadership, including managing infection prevention and community health initiatives. She contributed significantly to the 2024 study Catastrophic Hunger in Gaza, offering key insights into siege-induced food insecurity. Noor collaborates with organizations such as WHO, UNRWA, and the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
